This stunning video - soundscape certainly fits with the blog's theme of transformation, and certainly contributed to my beautiful day. I hope you enjoy it too:
Premiering at Sundance, The Surrogate stars Helen Hunt in the role of Cheryl Cohen Greene, about her work with Mark O'Brien, who spent most of his life in an iron lung. Greene is still working as a surrogate at 67.
I met Cheryl in 1989 and we are still in touch. She is a delight. I have always admired her spirit and her work. It's great to see this recognized in a broader context, as I am sure this film will go a long way toward raising awareness of this healing yet still controversial profession.

Wishing you a beautiful day,

Last night, I finally saw Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure for the first time. (Wannabe Guitar Gods of San Dimas CA rawk!) Really, that whole goofy mess can be summed up in one line: "Be excellent to each other."
I really want that for anyone who is reading this post. I know that our individual challenges can make that very difficult at times.
